Our products are for use for domestic customers only, meaning for general use in and around the home and are not intended for commercial use or resale. If you plan on using our products for business purposes, please ensure you have appropriate business insurance in place as we won't accept liability for the products not being fit for business use. We'd also ask that you are at least 18 years of age to purchase from Lux-Hom.
Whilst shopping at Lux-Hom you'll have the opportunity to place products into your Basket, following this then the opportunity to check out your order.
Once you have completed the online checkout process and placed your, you will be shown an order confirmation. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that we have received your order. If there are any problems with your order, we'll contact you either by telephone or email.
Provided that your payment has been successful and there are no problems with your order, you will own the products you order at the point they are delivered to your delivery address and have been signed for as in good condition.
We do our very best to get things right but very rarely we may make a mistake by publishing inaccurate information about our products. If we do, we shall do our best to notify you of the issue and be sure to address any issues that may arise from our mistake. We may, unfortunately, have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we deliver the products, even if you have received an order confirmation email from us. If we cancel your order, we'll make sure that you receive a full refund or shall contact you to discuss how we can resolve the issue. Regarding delivery issues, sometimes things can happen which are outside of our control such as adverse weather or an incident involving one of our delivery vehicles. If we are unable to deliver or are delayed from delivering your order, we shall do our best to contact you ASAP to advise of the situation.

As we’re based in the UK, all our prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. The prices we show on products always include delivery charges.

Voucher codes are specific codes that can give you discounts or money off when you buy products from us. They are also known as promotional discount codes, offer codes and discount codes. Only one Voucher Code per transaction can be used by one customer.

Klarna – Terms & Conditions
With Pay in 3, Klarna enables Customers to split the payment related to the purchase of Merchant’s goods or services into a number of substantially equal payments to Klarna (“Pay in 3”). The exact number of payments and amounts will be disclosed to the Customer at checkout.
The first payment is charged to the Customer’s credit or debit card entered at checkout. Each subsequent payment is automatically charged by Klarna to the same credit or debit card the Customer entered initially.
The payment method Pay in 3 is only available in case of a positive credit assessment.
