OUR REFUND / RETURN POLICY
At Lux-Hom we want you to be delighted with the products and services you receive from us, however in addition to your legal rights, if you're not completely satisfied with your order at any time after purchasing from us, please contact us ASAP and we'll gladly exchange or refund for you.
UK law offers you 14 days to cancel your purchase from us, and then a further 14 days to have products collected and returned to us.
Lux-Hom will always offer you a full refund of the price you paid for the products, less a restock and collection charge dependent on the original method of delivery and weight of your goods.
RETURN OF PREMIUM DELIVERED LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS
Restock and collection charges for all Premium Delivered Large furniture items are:
Goods up to 20kg weight = £30
Goods 20kg to 40kg weight = £40
Goods 40kg upwards = £50
Returning Premium Delivered Large Furniture:
For Premium home delivery orders on large furniture items, we will arrange with our delivery partner to collect the products from your home. Once your item has been collected and our delivery partner informs us that they have them, we will action the refund back to the card you used to make that purchase. All we ask is that you make every reasonable effort to ensure your availability for the collection as soon as it is reasonably possible for you to do so.
RETURN OF SMALL COURIER DELIVERED ITEMS
Restock charges for standard Courier Delivered Small items:
There are no charges for restock on small standard courier delivered items.
Returning standard Courier Delivered Small items:
For smaller standard courier delivered items we ask you to cover the postage cost and process the return of the item/s back to us. Please contact us for details of where to post.
Please note customers will need to return the item/s in their original packaging at their own cost.
We will process any refund due to you as soon as we can and, in any case, within 7 days of the day on which the goods have been collected from you.
Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card or PayPal account, depending on your card provider.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR RETURN ITEM
If you are returning the products, we do ask that you take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession and retain any packaging or literature that was received.
