Returns & Refunds

At Lux-Hom we want you to be delighted with the products and services you receive from us, however in addition to your legal rights, if you're not completely satisfied with your order at any time after purchasing from us, please contact us ASAP and we'll gladly exchange or refund for you.

UK law offers you 14 days to cancel your purchase from us, and then a further 14 days to have products collected and returned to us.

Lux-Hom will always offer you a full refund of the price you paid for the products, less a restock and collection charge dependant on the weight of your goods.

Our restock and collection charges are:

Goods up to 20kg weight = £30

Goods 20kg to 40kg weight = £40

Goods 40kg upwards = £50

We will process any refund due to you as soon as we can and, in any case, within 7 days of the day on which the goods have been collected from you.

For home delivery orders we'll arrange with our delivery partner to collect the products from you. Once your item has been collected and our delivery partner informs us that they have them, we will action the refund back to the card you used to make that purchase. All we ask is that you make every reasonable effort to ensure your availability for the collection as soon as it's reasonably possible for you to do so. 

Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card or PayPal account, depending on your card provider.

If you're returning the products, we do ask that you take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession and retain any packaging or literature that was received.
