We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Please note we are currently unable to deliver to UK offshore & Ireland / Northern Ireland addresses.
Delivery Costs - Always FREE Delivery
We like to keep things clear and simple here at Lux-Hom so there are no hidden costs. ALL of our prices include either our premium B-Star VIP white glove delivery service or small item courier service as our standard.
We don't offer countless delivery options or costly add-ons after your checkout like many of our competitors do to make their initial prices look low.
We know the ONLY way to deliver your precious and often fragile orders in the best condition is the Lux-Hom way.
We won't compromise on the quality of delivery and we endeavor to make sure your items arrive in the most perfect condition possible.
Our Delivery Providers
At Lux-Hom we want to make sure you’re happy with our white glove delivery service from start to finish. That’s why we’ve partnered with a leading delivery courier, B-Star VIP Home Deliveries to handle all large furniture, fragile and heavy mirrored products.
With the latest technology, you’ll be kept up to date every step on the way, ensuring your delivery is as convenient as possible. Our friendly, experienced and fully trained delivery team will ensure that your order reaches you as agreed and in pristine condition.
For all smaller Home Decor and Bedding items we use a range of couriers including DPD and DHL.
Premium Delivery - Large Furniture and Mirrors
We aim to deliver within 10-14 working days from order placement. Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 9pm.
Standard Delivery - Small items & Home Accessories
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from order placement. Deliveries are made Mondays to Saturdays.
The delivery service provided per item is detailed on each product page.
Once you’ve placed your order, you will be updated with all the relevant dispatch, delivery status and timings.
Our Simple 3 Step Premium Delivery Process
Step 1 - After placing your order
Our logistics partner will contact you prior to your delivery being made in order to book your premium home delivery and agree on a 3-hour delivery window that suits you. We deliver Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm.
Step 2 - Day of delivery
You will receive an email with a 2-hour delivery window and a Live Link that will allow you to track the delivery in real time. Our driver(s) will also call you when they are approximately one hour away so you won’t have to wait in all day.
Step 3 - Delivery at your address
Upon arrival at your address, our delivery team will position the goods into a room of your choice and unpack the items. They will assemble the items if required and will remove the packaging (this will be recycled responsibly).
To ensure you’re happy with your order and to confirm that it arrived safe and sound, our delivery team will take pictures of each item and will ask you to sign for your delivery from Lux-Hom.
Small Item Standard Delivery
DPD and DHL are our logistics partners for smaller home decor items and will text you the delivery details and tracking links, aiming to complete withing 3-5 working days or order placement.
DHL are our logistics partners for all Christy Bedding and Accessories and aim to completed withing 3-5 working days following order placement.
Important things to consider
- Please check the measurements of the products you order. You need to be sure they will fit in the desired room and will pass through any doors or access points. Things to bear in mind are narrow staircases, doorways and tight corners etc.
- Our delivery team will only move your order into the desired room if they believe it can be done so safely and without damaging either themselves or your home. This will be assessed once the delivery team arrives at the address.
- If the delivery team cannot access the room of choice or the item is deemed too large or unsuitable on delivery, you will be responsible for all associated costs and return charges. Our current return fee is £25.
- We want to avoid any delivery issues so if you have any concerns please contact us before ordering so we can discuss delivery options with you.
What happens if I am not home in the agreed delivery slot?
Unfortunately, if you’re not at home when our delivery team arrive in the agreed slot, you will be charged for that delivery (and for each subsequent delivery attempt). We don’t want that to happen so please get in touch if you think you will be unavailable and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I change my delivery date?
Whilst we will do everything we can to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date, it is not currently possible at this time to choose a specific day for delivery. If you have any concerns or specific requirements, please call us and we will do our very best to assist you.
